Prices are shown in GBP and do not include delivery charges unless stated. You agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase plus any applicable shipping charges.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer Standard Delivery to the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost: £3.99 (Free on orders over £35)
Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently do not ship internationally.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

To start a return, email hello@pettypet.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
