How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard UK delivery takes 7-10 business days from dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is £3.99. Orders over £35 qualify for free delivery. We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

What if I don't like my product?

No problem. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on everything we sell. If you're not happy, email us at admin@pettypet.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Items under £15 are refunded without needing to return the product. For items over £15, we'll provide a return address and process your refund once we receive the item back.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We never see or store your card details.

Do you offer Klarna / buy now, pay later?

Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, letting you split your payment into 3 interest-free instalments. There's no extra cost — Klarna handles it directly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, email us at admin@pettypet.co.uk as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order.
